CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER
You may exchange or cancel your order and address details within 24 hours after purchase. Please contact [email protected] com as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line: CHANGE MY ORDER or CANCEL MY ORDER and make sure to include your FULL NAME and ORDER NUMBER. We will confirm when your changes have been made.

Please contact us as soon as you discover that you have made a mistake. If we catch the difficulty before the item goes into production, we will make the change. Remember, we attempt to send your product ASAP so act fast!

What is your return/exchange policy?
If you'd wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery. Safely pack the items within the first packaging that came with the merchandise. All Metal Detectors must be returned in their original condition. If the product received is faulty, please contact us at [email protected]
Exchange: If you want to exchange a product please contact us at [email protected] we'll process the exchange and 2$ restocking fee may apply.
What happens if the item was “Returned to Sender”?
If your order has been listed as “undeliverable” and returned back to us, we'll ship the package to you at no additional cost
What happens if my item is damaged?
If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we'll replace the item at no additional cost. The damaged product doesn't got to be returned. If we are unable to exchange the merchandise due to inventory issues, we'll refund you or send you a comparable item of your choice.
What do I do if I received the incorrect product or my product is defective?
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at: [email protected] and tell us your order number. We'll cover all costs of getting you the proper product. We’ll send you a replacement product and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes. We'll try to correct the difficulty ASAP!
